Juni 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-1gkKAoUT3h\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Es wurde sp\u00e4t: Am gestrigen Abend um 22:41 Uhr hat der Deutsche Bundestag das neue Verpackungsrechts-Durchf\u00fchrungsgesetz beschlossen und passt nationale Regelungen damit an die EU-Verpackungsverordnung PPWR an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-ZCvdo0fsY7\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-p1YRTGNAER\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Die Abgeordneten belie\u00dfen es aber nicht beim Regierungsentwurf: Es wurden auch neue Regelungen aufgenommen, die finanzielle Anreize f\u00fcr das Design-for-Recycling und f\u00fcr den Einsatz von Kunststoff-Rezyklaten in neuen Verpackungen erm\u00f6glichen. Mit einer z\u00fcgigen Entwicklung ist die Bundesregierung nun beauftragt worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-eMo4uO4bgK\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Das Signal des Parlaments ist deutlich ausgefallen und er\u00f6ffnet die Chance, dringend ben\u00f6tigte Investitionen in das Kunststoffrecycling anzusto\u00dfen. \u201eAb 2030 gelten europaweit verbindliche Vorgaben f\u00fcr den Einsatz von Rezyklaten in Kunststoffverpackungen. Bisher war Neukunststoff jedoch h\u00e4ufig preiswerter. Das Gesetz stellt die Weichen f\u00fcr dynamische Kunststoff-Rezyklatm\u00e4rkte und bereitet die deutsche Verpackungswirtschaft auf den \u00dcbergang zu den EU-Regeln vor\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Carl Dominik Klepper, Vorsitzender der AVU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-ZDPUda8CSF\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">F\u00fcr die AVU kommt es nun auf die Ausgestaltung des Anreiz-Mechanismus an, der per Rechtsverordnung kurzfristig eingef\u00fchrt werden soll. Klar ist, dass die Lizenzgeb\u00fchren, mit denen Hersteller Sammlung, Sortierung und Recycling ihrer Verpackungen finanzieren, um neue Bausteine erg\u00e4nzt werden sollen. \u201eDie neuen finanziellen Anreize m\u00fcssen zielgenau und b\u00fcrokratiearm sein, um kreislauff\u00e4hige Verpackung und solche mit Kunststoff-Rezyklatanteilen wirksam besser zu stellen\u201c, so Klepper. \u201eNoch ist unklar, wof\u00fcr das Geld aus den Aufschl\u00e4gen f\u00fcr Verpackungen, die die Anforderungen nicht erf\u00fcllen, verwendet werden soll. Oberste Priorit\u00e4t muss die Lenkungswirkung f\u00fcr mehr Ressourcenschonung und Kreislaufwirtschaft haben.
